We’ve gathered some of most frequently asked questions.

We recommend a review every 12 months and this will usually involve replacing the top cover $95. The orthoses themselves should last 3-4 years though this can be shorter or longer depending on what you do in them, your weight, what type of footwear they are in etc.

You do not need a referral from your GP to come and see us.

We have HICAPS and most health fund rebates are able to be claimed at your appointment.

It is helpful if you wear shorts, or tights, to your appointment. Exacerbating footwear or regularly worn footwear can be be helpful particularly runners and football boots, spikes etc.

We do accept EPC referrals from your GP. You will be charged the full consultation fee and the EPC rebate is put back onto your card.

- $154 for code 004 (Initial assessment) and $118.50 for code 118 (Biomechanical assessment)- The total cost for your initial 1 hour consultation is $272.50.
- Follow up appointments are 30 minutes.( Code 014) and costs $134.20Ryan’s Fees //
- Includes 2 claimable Health Fund (HF) codes.
- $169.50 for the 004 (initial assessment) and $130.35 for 118 (Biomechanical assessment)- The total cost for your initial 1 hour consultation with Ryan is $299.85
- Follow up appointments are 30 minutes.( Code 014) and $147.95If you are prescribed custom foot orthoses there is a casting fee of $95.20 HF code 303. Casting fee is $104.50 for Ryan.
Custom foot orthoses are $650 for the pair and $550 for any subsequent pair (if ordered within 3 months of initial fitting).
Pre fabricated orthoses range from $130 to $250.
